Because of this unique and personalized process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Please double-check details such as ring size, design choice, gemstone preferences, and engraving (if applicable). Once the order is placed, it goes into production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, we do make exceptions if:
