Because every piece is made-to-order, please allow 5–10 business days for your jewelry to be crafted and prepared for shipment. During busy seasons or special sales, production time may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed if any delays occur.

Shipping Method

We ship orders using FedEx insured shipping to provide security and peace of mind. Insurance ensures that if your package is lost or damaged in transit, it can be covered by the courier.

Delivery Locations & Costs

Canada & USA: We are happy to offer complimentary shipping within Canada and the United States. There are no hidden costs, and your jewelry will be delivered directly to your doorstep at no extra charge.

International Orders: For orders outside Canada and the USA, shipping is available, but please note that customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may apply in their country. These charges vary depending on the destination and are not included in our prices.

Delivery Timeframes

After production (5–10 business days), delivery timelines depend on your location:

Within Canada & USA: 2–5 business days.

International orders: 5–12 business days, depending on the courier and customs clearance.
