I had a custom engagement ring made here with Solitaire and couldn't recommend Alex and Arbi more. I came in with no idea where to start this journey — I was actually introduced to them by my AI assistant. From there, they were so dedicated from start to finish. Arbi helped me select the perfect stones, walking me through every detail and cost clearly, and gave me honest input on the design. Found Solitaire randomly on Google & they caught my attention from all of the 5 🌟 reviews. I wanted the screw backings on my custom diamond stud earrings changed out (for dexterity- it was too hard to put on/took too long to put on daily, was loose & flopped forward on my ears). Alex & Arbi welcomed me in (same day!) and sourced 3 optional 14k backs & let me select the best option for comfort for approval. They redid the posts & I’m SO INLOVE with the earrings now. They fit comfortably/securely & now easy to put on with my long nails lol. When I was there, I figured I’d ask a question that I was sort of embarrassed to ask, being amongst such beautiful Jewellery. I’ve made silver clay pieces in my jewellery workshops as a hobby, and I asked if they could yellow gold vermeil them. Not only was I not shamed- but they were hyping me up, excited to do it & reminded me that Jewellery is an emotional connection- doesn’t matter the cost. It can be intimidating to work with jewelers, but these guys are the least pretentious people on the planet. They are so knowledgeable, down to earth, artistic, and there’s a reason why they have perfect reviews. Just a reminder that they do more than just custom engagement rings- they altered my jewelry stack to make me love them again. Thank you guys- will be 💯 coming back again & referring you to all of my friends and family. 🫶🏼

Highly recommend Solitaire for anyone looking into custom jewelry and engagement rings! They did a beautiful job with the engagement ring for my fiance, and at a far better price point the equivalent ring would have cost at a retailer.

Alex did an amazing job in creating this custom signet ring, that’s also a locket! I gave him my drawing and he brought it to life. He was so easy to work with and accommodating. It was so wonderful to work with Alex and Arbi on my fiancée’s engagement ring. You can tell that they are very passionate about what they do and take the utmost care. They were able to incorporate gold from my grandfather’s wedding band and gold from a ring my grandmother left me into her engagement ring and wedding band.
