These guys were fantastic -- can't say it enough. My wife's engagement ring (a round of small diamonds on a silver setting) had lost some stones.... and, separately, I'd given her a diamond necklace for an anniversary. She had a vision of combining them in a new ring, and the Solitaire pair worked closely with her to design the new ring, and create it, with care, exactly on time and with a great budget. Really, they're an amazing discovery in Toronto.

Im from Germany and on vacation in Toronto. Suddenly my glasses broke, the hinge broke off. Of course I needed my glasses so I asked a person in a Mall for help, they recommend me Solitaire. I scheduled a meeting and went to the place with my friend. Infront of the building we met Alex. We had a really really nice conversation, he is such a kind person. He repaired my glasses immediately on spot.

At first, I was a bit hesitant to go with a custom option given the higher prices but in hindsight, the product quality and customer service that I received was well beyond what I paid for.
