Known Alex for years, I’ve always wanted to work with him on a piece. When it came time to get an engagement ring made he was attentive to where our tastes lay- something more minimal and discrete for everyday wear. After a discussion with reference images he quickly rendered a pre vis images of the ring. A few weeks later the ring was ready, all in time for an upcoming trip abroad. I was introduced to Alex and Arbi through a friend when I was in search of needing a custom engagement ring. I’m very pleased in my experience working with them. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. What I pictured being an overwhelming process ended up being smooth and easy.
We started with a video call where I was able to ask them questions and they wanted to get a sense of what I was looking for. We then continued to communicate thru email about the design and picking out a diamond. I was then provided a rendering of what the ring would look like before it went into production. Pick up was flexible and the ring was beautiful.
